Newcastle United midfielder Elliot Anderson was tightlipped about his international plans after victory over Brentford.
Anderson is in the middle of a tug-of-war between Scotland and England.
He told Chronicle Live: "It was just really good to get back to action and the team really needed three points which we got. It has been a good international break to focus ourselves and go and get the three points.
"That's all that matters at this stage. We have been trying to get a clean sheet over the past three games and we got against Brentford so it's good."
Asked if an international decision has been made, Anderson added: "No, no. There's nothing made (a decision on Scotland or England)."
