IndyCar VIDEO: Power, Ericsson wreck. Does 2022 Indy 500 winner have a backup for Sunday's race?

There was a potentially costly wreck during IndyCar practice Saturday at WorldWide Technology Raceway near St. Louis.

Team Penske driver Scott McLaughlin spun coming out of the pits and wound up in the grass. Teammate Will Power slammed on the brakes, but lost control and hit the outside wall.

Power then bounced back towards the middle of the track and Chip Ganassi Racing and 2022 Indianapolis 500 winner Marcus Ericsson had nowhere to go, slamming literally nose-to-nose with the still-spinning Power.

While Power's car appeared repairable, Ericsson may have some serious trouble, as it's reported that he DOES NOT have a backup car. If the damage can't be repaired to his maligned ride, what does he and CGR do?
